All levels welcome to all classes, newer students come early if possible for tips to flow at your pace. If you find you are running late and class has started, no worries ... slip in the back, take a moment to center yourself...and join in when ready.

YOLO Ebb & Flow Yoga:
No matter what your experience or level of fitness, you will be
paddling your very first session or floating on your head!
The YOLO Board is used as your personal floating yoga mat
which thoroughly challenges the bodies core while adding another
awesome dimension to your yoga practice, fitness program or a
fun easy way to learn to paddle. The YOLO board's awesome
stability and yoga go naturally together.
We start our yoga practice calming in a seated floating
meditation, getting the feel of the board/mat. Breathing in the
natural fresh air and tranquil sights, easing into a paddle
lesson mixing yoga poses and paddle techniques on the placid
waters of Lake YOLO. A peaceful paddle to anchor down for a
slow flow practice, as in yoga class we work at our pace.
Paddle, picture taking and more challenging pose play (for those
up to getting wet) ending class, egger to try it again soon.

YOLO Fluid Flow Yoga: For those with some experience in yoga, no worries if you are new to stand up paddle boarding, it comes natural for yogi’s willing to get wet and up for a fun new challenge. The calm waters of Lake YOLO are perfect to learn to paddle and a peaceful, safe setting to “practice” flowing on the board. This class takes your favorite Vinyasa yoga routines and puts them on the water, the YOLO your floating mat. Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way to improve balance, gain core strength and connect with nature. The same can be said for yoga adding. What changes when bring them together… Leave your ego behind and enjoy the fun new mission to master poses that come with ease on land. Your balance is less steady as you glide across the water, forcing focus on the importance of proper form that can be taken back to the mat while teaching you to love and control the ride of a YOLO board.
