work mixed in the flow to sculpt and tone the mid-section. Focusing
on (Yoga Bandas - Low ab lift of the Core) for empowered proper
alignment. Promoting
good posture, longer leaner muscles with more freedom of movement.

and stronger while maintaining stability in challenging balance
poses, strengthen alignment for enlivened posture and a free flow of
