Tuesday~ 4:30-5:45pm Power Yoga (level 2-3)

 

Friday~8:00-9:00am  Slow Flow (all levels)

 

Friday~9:05am-10:20am Power Yoga (level 2-3)

   

 

Drop-in Rate $15 for non members 

(Child Care Just $2 ahour)

(You can get in a spin class, a Pilates class before the Monday class or use of the equipment on the same fee)

Awesome energy in the new space!

A wonderful new group at Destin Health and Fitness has gotten into the flow, growing in the practice nicely and now ready for “Power “ level.  The Fridays 9am class moved to Power Yoga Level  last Spring 08'... and still growing... over “flowing”  with positive energy.
